I recently discovered this gaming site a few weeks ago. I have deposited large amounts of money and won very little. I love the games, No Limit brand. After loosing much money, I made the decision to close the account. They will not close the account and refuse to respond to my emails. I am not nice to them as they are a very corrupt group of individuals. Why is there no accountability or oversight regarding their corrupt ways.

Just out of curiosity, did the casino ever explain why they won’t close your account? In some cases, they might require full verification before allowing any account actions like closure but they should still communicate that clearly.

No, they refuse to respond. I have ask them numerous times to close the account. Nothing will happen to them for not closing the account. No license means no accountability. Someday they will be judged for the wrong they have done. These people are evil and take advantage of people like me.

Sorry all, just getting a chance to post an update. Here is the latest on my withdrawal from Immerion. I’ve been told my payout is in the queue and will be paid shortly. No truth to this statement. It’s a cut and paste answer they provide their customers. I wish I had read the player reviews before making deposits at this casino. When an unlicensed casino refuses to pay winnings to their customers, they will not thrive. We need more players to come forward and share their experiences. I will not be publishing any additional updates. If by a miracle they pay out any of my winning, I’ll post an update.
