I played at this casino, accumulated a winnings of 3300 euros and they refused to pay me, blocked my account!

I made several deposits, played slots and placed a bet.

after which I successfully passed the verification, then they requested additional documents, more than once!

there were more than one attempt to block my account and refusal to withdraw money!

after that we agreed that they would pay out my winnings and block the account, but the next day they simply blocked it and refused to pay the money!

I just want to warn all users so they know about my bad experience and think twice before registering on HITNSPIN, This is an extremely negative experience for me, I don't want anyone else to have to go through this.

yes, it was my first withdrawal but I cancelled it because it took too long, but now that I want to do it again I can't. I am blocked when it comes to making a withdrawal. yes, I am verified.

I requested a withdrawal from HitnSpin. On June 9, 2025, I received notification that the money had been transferred—but nothing has arrived in my account to date.

When I asked, I was told that her case was "under review" and that I should just keep waiting.

I visited the Hitnspin website today, and lo and behold – my money is back in my gaming account.

When I asked why it wasn't transferred, I was told there were "technical reasons" – nothing more.

So I go to the withdrawal page again, wanting to withdraw the money – and then a message appears saying that I have to wager a certain amount first, otherwise a fee of, I think, 48 euros will be charged.

So I go back to the live chat and ask what this is about. Then they send me the following:

"Thank you for waiting! The following is stated in the 'Casino Terms and Conditions' section of our website:

8.12.5. If deposits are wagered less than 2 (two) times, the Company reserves the right to withhold 20% for withdrawals, but not less than 0.5 USD or the equivalent amount, to cover payment costs.

But what can I do about the fact that they couldn't process my payout?

When I asked what would happen if the payout failed again, I was told: Then I would have to pay the fee again!

What I don't understand is why I have to initiate the withdrawal again? It's probably just because of the fees.

I've requested a payout again, let's see what they do.

That seems pretty stupid to me. 

Anyway, when they have it in the terms that the deposit must be wagered twice, did you do it before you made the withdrawal or not? 

The situation around fees sounds strange to me, because why would you pay fees every time if you couldn't make a withdrawal. If they told you they had technical problems, it's not your fault, so this is definitely not right.

I see, it's common that you have to wager the deposit when you play in the casino. But shouldn't it be that if you withdraw money and for some technical reason the casino cancels the withdrawal and you deposit in between, that some wagering will be applied to the previous withdrawal. That's what I was trying to find out. Anyway, as I said wagering on deposits is quite normal, so I'm curious if you will get the money and how it will be.

Okay, the money arrived, but I'm not playing there anymore.

I was just hoping when it would happen and if you could solve it with the casino. I can see that it has been done, albeit at a price that probably not everyone would want to pay.
