Hey, I wouldn't panic just yet—the fact that it's been 5 days, even though there were holidays and the weekend, seems perfectly normal to me. So I wouldn't jump to conclusions and label the casino a scam just yet. Have any of your documents been accepted or rejected, or are they all still pending? What exactly did you have to submit?

This is now day 6, of a "48" hour review period. And I’m seeing multiple other reviewers experiencing the same issue. Support endlessly claims that they’re prioritizing verification for the user, as their account sits unverified indefinitely. They requested a selfie holding up my ID, I obliged, and no further action was taken on their end.

This is now day 6 of a "48" hour review period. I’ve seen multiple other users experiencing the same issue, when you win big, they endlessly delay your KYC to avoid having to pay out a withdrawal. They requested a selfie with ID, I obliged, and now support refuses to answer emails, or take any action to verify me.

Okay, so the ID was the only thing you were supposed to send? We give casinos 14 days to process withdrawals or verify a player’s identity. But if that doesn’t work out, then we’ll definitely try to help you with it. I don’t know why it might take the casino so long to verify an ID. In any case, I hope things move forward, and if not, we’ll figure out what’s going on.
