I requested a withdrawal of €800 on March 26th, and 11 days later I still haven't received it. The maximum waiting time was 3 days, and no one is giving me an explanation or answer. This is a recurring issue in the forums about Golisimo not paying out. I received a withdrawal of €290 with them using the same method, but this is a disgrace.

Golisimo casino is a disgrace. They stall withdrawals with same excuse Everytime saying it’s an error with the system or the bank . I contacted my bank and they confirmed there were no incoming transactions to begin with. They are full of excuses. I haven’t seen a single cent of my withdrawal till now .
