Good morning everyone, I made two withdrawal requests on geniuswin on December 26, 2023 and January 1, 2024. They also tell me that there are delays and that they don't know when they will resolve it. Is there anything to worry about?

yes yes every single day until last Monday......then Aams wrote to me that they are taking care of their case and I have never contacted them again....anyway the situation is easy to understand they don't have the money for pay they continue to make people deposit so then they will run away with the loot.....unfortunately I think that's how it is....
si si tutti i santi giorni fino a lunedi scorso......poi mi ha scritto aams che si stanno occupando del caso loro e non li ho piu contattati....cmq la situazione è facile da capire non hanno i soldi per pagare continuano a far depositare la gente cosi poi scapperanno con il bottino.....purtroppo penso che sia cosi....

si pagano i monopoli di stato (AAMS) ma non so dopo quanto e in che modo.....dir.giochi.gad-scommesse@adm.gov.it o dir.giochi.giocoadistanza@adm.gov.it manda un e-mail qui e spiegagli tutto quanto mettendo la tua username il sito che non paga codice fiscale nome e cognome...ti ricontattano loro....

I find it strange if a casino says it doesn't know what problems it has with withdrawals. I don't see that as a valid reason, but since you have an open complaint, our team will try to find out as much as possible.
