Hi, can you also tell us why you are of this opinion and make it a bit closer to us or to other players?
I think it would be useful and maybe we could help you.
Please try.
Back in December 2024, I was receiving exclusive partnership perks with the site and had continued to maintain steady growth of active players since June earlier in the year. After numerous delays in payment for the promotions we had in written conversations causing a slump in engagement, I of course first demanded a remediation of the issue. But it continued to occur, so finally I posted my discontent with it and that's when they decided to label me as a liar and accusing me of blaming them for shorting my clients numerous times, one of which was a $56,000 mental payout to my close friend. The casino settled the dispute for a low amount of $6,000 "in good faith".
However this settlement was anything but good or made in faith beyond the house's wallet expanding. I say this because they have known my whereabouts and residence since I typically don't lie to casino's as I am not involved in any extracurricualr activities like money laundering or hacking. However, if this was actually made in good faith as the settlement suggested, then I would be surprised to find out that the same company employs residents whom live in San Francisco in their partnerships.
Due to the disagreements and the ripple effect it had on my reputation, they decided to move more than 100 active depositors off of my affiliate campaign, in addition to closing and reopening my account on several occasions. The last thing that they did was sharing information to 3rd parties about me and out deal which is a direct breach of both the ToS and our Non-disclosure Agreement in which we entered into in June, 2024.
Besides the problems we faced as a team I can say these guys are very professional and were some of the funnest times that I had. I wish that these shortages would be fixed as I would love to work with this team again, but I cannot allow them to act in this fashion without repairing it before doing so. Of course they only see the short term gain that they reached off my work but failed to consider the long term ramifications of me actually turning in to their downfall - when and if time permits, since I wont go out of my way.
Thanks for sharing your experience.
It's a shame it turned out this way when you say that, in general, the casino worked well for you. Unfortunately, as far as these deals are concerned, since I don't really understand them, I can't evaluate them objectively.
In any case, everyone can take from it what suits them.
Maybe one day you'll be able to come to an agreement with the casino as you imagine, and everything will be fine.🙂
Do you even hear your irrational speech before it departs your lips? They fucked a close friend of mine about 3 weeks into our partnership. Under NDA - I wrote privately here to casino guru to defend the man who was surely expecting a $57,000 prize but instead left a foul taste in his mouth with the experience.
Combine this with the nearly $30,000 in promotions, tips, expenses, stream funding my own, and placing in the top 5 affiliates nearly every week leading up to the decision to rug my whole fucking journey for the past 4+ months all while divulging private details to users about my terms and finances of my accounts.
All said and done Gamba took me 7 months of my dedication along with more than $98,000 between my friend and me not counting the $35,000 in overall losses accumulated by my play for a combined total of nearly $140,000. And another person close with me came forward and detailed a $70,000 run ending in his account being closed and all the game results being totally deleted making any audit impossible.
I'd say J. pisses gold if I owned a casino. But what do I know I have only launched 9 of them and been fucked by 6.
