This site advertises that you can activate a bonus for rank advancement every 25%. I did this right from the start and unfortunately I still don't get any rewards for every 25% of the rank. The support can't give me an answer to this, neither can the owner of this site (Dan).

Then next thing where this site advertises

Lossback: this site advertises that you will receive lossback if you are overall negative on the site

As you would expect from gambling, I have a negative attitude and unfortunately the support doesn't offer any loss refunds. I don't depend on it, but it would still be nice to get something that you are entitled to if you advertise it.

Next, I wanted to withdraw a slightly larger amount. I requested a withdrawal of €2,750, but my account was blocked for almost three days. No one could explain it to me.

So my recommendation to everyone please stay away from this site

I've been playing on Gamba for 5 months now (since before they were open to the public) and have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a great rewards/VIP program, and their support is always responsive and willing to help however possible.
