Sorry for the delayed response, I did have a bonus where they match your deposit, and I deposited $300, and played through the wagering requirements and the bonus money was credited to by wallet, and subsequently won the 14 thousand dollar jackpot, and attempted to withdraw $750 because their rules apparently state I can only take $750 a day which is very strange but nonetheless I tried, and they won't even pay out the $750 and their chat support an obvious AI bot just keeps repeating the same delaying tackics garbage day in and day out, and it's literally verbatim what it says each day, and when I emailed their support I got the same AI response I get on chat support. They have no phone number BTW. They're parasites, and I'll have to drag their butts into Court, and I'm reporting them to the Ontario gaming and liquor board today, hopefully they'll shut their corrupt butts down in Canada.

You can try their email support support@funbet.com but honestly they're going to ghost you if you don't go in hard, and with legally prepared threats, and even that's not going to do much.

You'll need to escalate the matter to every possible Avenue, and they're false flagging their regulators and licenses, they claim to be licensed by the MGA it's B.S! And you have to push the MGA and threaten leverage their reputation to get them to lift a finger, but I'm"good" and the MGA gave me this! 😀

Hello Romi my issues with them have indeed been resolved, but they're a very frustrating casino to deal with, though once you understand their tactics you can play cautiously because I do like their games.

The con they run is like this, they tell you, you can have three pending withdrawals of $750 that's to be paid out within three business days, but in reality they're going to stall you for 9 days, and will pay up on the 9th day, Of-course I had to file many complaints with several regulators, the BBB, gaming forums, send dozens of emails, and threaten to file criminal charges, but they began paying up every 9 days, and I received a little over 10K before getting the itch, and gambling again, and I lost my remaining 4k which Of-course is exactly their plan be stalling payment so long!
