Hello, I would say that players shouldn't wait so long for money. Unfortunately, sometimes it is a fact and if the casino doesn't send it, you will have to wait for some time.

I see that they just told you in general terms that the finance department is in charge, which is true, but waiting without knowing when you will get your money is difficult. 

I think in your case, I would go ahead and open a complaint and then our team would try to assist you.

Hello, good afternoon. I'd like to know what steps I should take to file a complaint. I have my last payment pending from Funbet Casino, and it seems they won't pay me. I've spoken countless times via chat and even email, and they always tell me they're sorry for the wait, but they have a lot of withdrawals... I think 18 days is enough.

They got into me yesterday, it was the 16th day.

I would recommend that you only talk to them via email and not live chat.

In my last two emails I told them that I would file a complaint and that I would write to the Guru Casino forum.

I can log in normally, but they've taken away all my bonuses. I have 1,000 chips that I could have redeemed for €800, and they're no longer worth anything (due to management's decision). When you make a profit at these casinos, you're a villain.

First they closed my account completely and after two days they gave me the money So I guess you have to wait Because I was owed 500 too

I just got paid today, Saturday. After several emails and chats. I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone, unlike Fambet Casino (owned by the same owners), where they're paying me €500 every day (including Sundays) until I reached €13,000, which I won. Try Fambet, which is the same but managed by other managers. I always get paid within two days. Don't even think about it with Funbet.

Unfortunately, I've been waiting for a payout of €1,500 from Funbet since July 9, 2025. Since then, the status of my withdrawal requests has been "in process," and chat support keeps putting me off. To date, I haven't received a single cent.

Funbet casino is unlicensed to operate in Canada, and they've ripped me off on a 14 thousand dollar win. They refuse to payout any of my winnings, and have my request on an unending in review. The chat is an Al bot that repeats the same garbage verbatim everyday. I have no choice now but to file complaints with the authorities, and contact a lawyer on Monday. These people are utter lowlifes who steal from the vunurable. They're parasites.

Hi, it's a pity you didn't open a complaint sooner, I think you could already be in the process of us slowly contacting the casino. But never mind, better late than never. 

So what did the casino tell you about why you've been waiting so long for your withdrawal? I'd say a month is an insanely long time. Have you been verified by the casino?

So the casino doesn't want to pay you because they don't have a license for Canada? If so, that seems pretty silly to me because that shouldn't be a reason for not paying out winnings. What exactly did they tell you in the live chat?

They didn't quote it as a reason for not paying, I'm just warning people I've since found out they're unlicensed here. They give no reason whatsoever, they have no way to contact them, because they have no phone number, their chat support is an obvious AI bot that won't confess it is, and their email is replied to by an AI bot aswell. They're parasites, and scum who prey on the vunurable, and took my money but refuse to payout now that I've won.
