Hello, I would say that players shouldn't wait so long for money. Unfortunately, sometimes it is a fact and if the casino doesn't send it, you will have to wait for some time.
I see that they just told you in general terms that the finance department is in charge, which is true, but waiting without knowing when you will get your money is difficult.
I think in your case, I would go ahead and open a complaint and then our team would try to assist you.
