They give no reason whatsoever, they have no way to contact them, because they have no phone number, their chat support is an obvious AI bot that won't confess it is, and their email is replied to by an AI bot aswell. They're parasites, and scum who prey on the vunurable, and took my money but refuse to payout now that I've won.
