Offering an offer like that is a rip-off, I don't know that if you use a bonus that expires after 5 minutes, then you can throw your money straight out the window, that's a scam. The bad thing is that other numbers add up to the amount of money You want to have some fun and not for 5 minutes. Such bonuses shouldn't even be offered because it's a scam. Pure rip-off

Yes, I understand that and it seems strange to me too, but I think Radka had a good point and the bonus offer could have lasted for a week and you took it just before it ended as I can see in the first screenshot. 

Anyway, since you have a complaint, we'll have to wait and see what the casino says and how they explain the whole thing, because so far I've also seen that they said that your bonus has expired.

So I really hope that everything will be sorted out. I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞

I also have a bad experience with this particular casino. It's been 4-5 days since I requested a withdrawal of almost 40 euros and while the site clearly says that it takes 1-3 working days for the withdrawal, there is not the slightest update, my request is still being processed in support, they say only an automated one I know they want 3 days and I'm already waiting 5 days. Also, for very small amounts, no identification is needed. Unfortunately I will wait for my money and I will never choose this particular casino again

Hi, I think they shouldn't have it stated on the page that the withdrawals are fast if that's not the case.

On the other hand, I don't think you're waiting that long, so I'll say that we're giving the casinos 14 days to sort out the withdrawal process. Therefore, if nothing will change by then, you haven't had any update and you don't have any money, you should definitely get in touch. 

I would also try to keep myself informed about the withdrawal, but if the casino doesn't give you any answer other than the template, it's probably going to be difficult. 

However, I will wait for your next reply and hopefully it will be more positive.

However, did the casino give you any reason why it's like this and they still haven't paid you the money? Was it necessary for you to verify or not?

We will certainly try to do that if the casino doesn't pay you out now. We give the casinos 14 days and they will basically run out tomorrow, so we will contact the casino soon. 

Hopefully we can sort it out.
