I also have a bad experience with this particular casino. It's been 4-5 days since I requested a withdrawal of almost 40 euros and while the site clearly says that it takes 1-3 working days for the withdrawal, there is not the slightest update, my request is still being processed in support, they say only an automated one I know they want 3 days and I'm already waiting 5 days. Also, for very small amounts, no identification is needed. Unfortunately I will wait for my money and I will never choose this particular casino again
