Hello, good question and I hope other players will answer that.
Anyway, are you asking because you have money in the casino?
If yes, can you tell me more about your situation?

Yes, I have made 2 withdrawals!!! I have been waiting since 27.6. It's always the same. That it is being processed and that I am in line. I have never experienced such delays at a casino before. I also sent an email and they sent me the same message that I am in line for processing!!! I am talking about frumzi! If you can help!!!
I understand delay is a bad experience; on the other hand, the casino at least admitted that they are currently overwhelmed, which is the most usual and transparent sort of update if you ask me.
For now, I suggest you try to stay calm, since you have to be patient. The casino will very likely reach out to you, since you are on the list.

See, in the end you just had to wait. That’s often the most important thing in casinos and also the most common one: players simply need to be patient.
I understand that when someone has money in a casino or is waiting for a withdrawal, it’s not pleasant to wait a week or more. It raises a lot of questions about what is happening, whether the money will arrive, and what is going on with the withdrawal, especially since deposits are instant. That’s what 99% of casino players experience.
However, many of those who have been playing for a longer time understand that delays do happen quite often , sometimes because of payment providers, withdrawal checks, verification processes, or simply because the casino is processing multiple withdrawals at once, like in your case. So sometimes it really is just about being patient.
In any case, I’m glad you received your money and I hope you enjoy it.🙂
