On September 10, 2024, the first withdrawal was made, which was canceled by Frumzi - probably the wrong payment method (via payment card.
on Live chat it was recommended to withdraw via bank account.
On September 19, 2024, I requested a withdrawal via bank transfer.
On September 20, 2024 - the account was closed by the administrative department.
I don't have verified accounts, nobody wanted anything from me.
I learned from their website that they will most likely be included in the list of illegal games in our country. That's probably why they closed my account.
Every day I write to support and still the same answer that I should wait for an e-mail. 😡

10.9.2024 byl proveden první výběr, který byl zrušen ze strany Frumzi - nejspíš špatná platební metoda ( přes platební kartu.
na Live chatu bylo doporučeno vybrat přes bankovní účet.
Dne 19.9.2024 jsem tedy požádala o vyber přes bankovní převod.
Dne 20.9.2024 - účet uzavřen administrativním oddělením.
Ucet nemám ověřeny, nikdo po mě nic nechtěl.
Dozvedela jsem se ze jejich webové stránky budou nejspíše zapsány na seznam nelegálních her v naši zemi. Proto mi asi účet uzavřeli.
Každý den píšu na podporu a stále stejná odpověď, ze mám čekat na e-mail. 😡
Live chat už mi nefunguje. Při kliknutí na ikonu se nic neděje.
Jedná se o částku cca 490 eur.
Má někdo zkušenosti? Jsem už zoufalá 🙄

I see that you mention something about the fact that they will probably no longer work legally in the Czech Republic, but did they also confirm that this would be the reason why they closed your account? Avšak, kasíno ti aj uviedlo dôvod pre ktorý ti zavrelo účet? Vidím ,že spomínaš niečo ohľadne toho, že v Česku už nebudú zrejme legálne fungovať ale potvrdili to aj oni, že to by bol dôvod pre ktorý ti zavreli účet? Tak či onak aj keby to tak bolo, tak pokiaľ si neurobila nič porti pravidlám, po správnosti by ťa mali anjprv vyplatiť a potom sa uchýliť k zatvoreniu účtu.
Hrala si tu s nejakým bonusom alebo nie?
Dodal by som, že kasínam dávame 14 dní na vyrieśenie výberu a mám pocit, že ak sa ti nikto nebude ozývať bude dobré, ak otvoríš sťažnosť u nás na stránke a pokúsime sa ti pomôcť. Asi by to bolo najrozumnejšie ak ani live chat nefunguje a nemáš žiadne relevantné informácie.
Myslíš, že by to stálo za to?
Tiež môžeš počkať ešte pár dní ak máš trpezlivosť a uvidíš, či sa naozaj kasíno ozve emailom.
