Absolutely, yes, it is our right. It's absurd how they behave with so many people, locking funds for 6 months or even longer! Then who knows how much they profit from our money in the meantime, especially considering the crazy increases in cryptocurrency values during this period!
And why is safety index of this bookmaker "Above Average" when every player is getting same problem with confiscated funds and "investigation of 6 months"

So after everyone saying that when they try to withdraw money casino says to everyone we need to investigate for 6 months, after this 6 months pass they still just say "Account is still under review" and winnings are never paid you keep their score as "Above average 7.2" for real?
Not to mention accoun was fully verified with Video verification, proof of address, proof of payment, id front and back and selfie with id .

That's great, it's not exactly a small amount of money and I know that sometimes casinos would probably make more trouble. How long did it take you to get it all in your account? Did you have money in smaller amounts or were you able to withdraw larger amounts?
I have not got it all yet. Still got 17.5k in my account,
they have withdrawal limits £7500 a week but 15000 a month.
so i will be withdrawing again in november hopefully…
will leave with me 2.5k to do in december then!
