Sorry if this has already covered, I raised a resolver complaint against freshbet & they keep replying saying they don’t have an account in my address so I did some digging - my account is with fresh-bet.com, the company on resolver is freshbet.com so I was beginning to think I maybe got it wrong but looked on their "about us" page & all it says is "fresh-bet.com" so now I’m even more confused

Hello, I could not see a complaint regarding Freshbet or its alternatives, but if you have one somewhere, be sure to mention that to the resolver. Scammers are very common, and in some cases, the situation can become much messier because casinos operating under different licenses use mirror pages to bypass the lack of a local license. Just recently we found out that accounts may even be kept separately; if you reach the main domain, they could not recognize you as their customer.

To be honest, though, I would not expect much in this casino:
