I'd like to say that from the MGA perspective, it's not as easy as you probably think. The casino has closed, and if the owners/owner / management or anyone who was the license holder is out of reach, there is little the MGA can do at the moment. So, I understand why giving you any timeframe would be a wild guess.
Maybe the MGA follows the chain to find anyone who can act on the closed casino's behalf. It surely takes a lot of bureaucracy.
I can imagine the waiting is painful for all of you. I would slowly consider asking a lawyer skilled in the iGaming business.
