Could you please advise if you did verify your account before depositing there? Did you hear anything regarding a refund from the casino since they closed your account? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I did not verify my account because the very next day when i tried to login I was unable to login. But I am ready to do whole KYC that they will ask, literally everything to just get back my money. But when I saw that they are Curacao license/based I knew that there's no chance for it, anyway I want to spread the word about how unprofessional they are.


No the casino did not contact with me in any way, I wrote them mails 5 times and its been 3 weeks+ and they haven't replied to none of it. Simply ignoring

I am afraid that we do not currently have a branch that deals with sports betting complaints. While this is something that we may do in the future, we currently do not have enough insight into sports betting to be able to advise you correctly.
