You are absolutely right. It is never nice for a casino to "hide" some terms or even restrictions.

Yes, everytime I see a case of anyone getting banned from a bookie or restricted they never know why the ban or restriction was applied, it's easy to find complaints of users online who got targeted by a bookie for whatever reason and most of the time users have no idea why that happened, mostly because operators use really ambiguous terms to explain the ban, some operators are simply trigger happy

Yep, sadly, bookies and casinos alike are not obliged to explain the full reason; only a vague term usually suffices. Yet in the case of casinos, it's harder to "hide" their silence, or the account restriction behind fraudulent actions made by the player. I think this is much bigger opportunity for bookies. 🤔

They made a fraudulent withdrawal from my account, without any verification and with a different network than the one I used to deposit.

That fraudulent withdrawal was approved very quickly, I realized after 20 minutes, and the casino told me that they couldn't do anything.

I'm sorry, but I don't fully understand your post.

What do you mean by fraudulent withdrawal? Was your account hacked by any way?

Please provide some detailed information, and maybe our complaint team will be able to help.

That's right, someone got into my account and made a withdrawal, it was accepted without any verification.

Oh, something like that must have counted as a very extreme experience. I hope you won't mind a few questions, though.

Has your account been verified in the past? Did you spot withdrawal request confirmation? Some casinos sent this note to inform players the payout request has been recognized. Depends on the payment option, I assume. Which leads me to another question: Have you ever before withdrawn from your account using the very same payment option like the hacker did?

I have never withdrawn, it has never been verified.

I had only been playing with it for 5 days, the hacker used a different crypto network than the one I used for my deposit.

I am sorry for this whole situation. It must be really hard.

May I ask what the casino suggested you can do now? Maybe going to the police would be a good idea? What do you say?

Do you have any idea how anyone could crush into your account?

Sorry for all the questions; I'm just kind of mad about this situation, to tell you the truth, and can imagine how you must feel.

I'm sorry for stepping in, but the amount is huge, so if you need support, feel free to start with the issue description. I imagine this must be stressful...

Hello I have created a duelbits account January 31,2025 I created the account because I have a friend who’s a well known streamer named Kyle mace he streams high limit gambling content from the USA. I created the account and made 2 deposits $5000 and $15000 usdt. I then shortly after won $73,000 the same day I went ahead and made 3 withdraws 1 for $2000 usdt $1000 btc and $70000 usdt. Then I got a email saying the withdraw is delayed because they need to manually review it. It was several hours after I realized something was wrong I had asked if I could do anything to speed it up and even offered to do my KYC I pointed out to live support when you click verification it doesn’t even give you the option to upload any documents and they responded they wil have someone technically look into this to this date which has been 1 week I have provided them with

my passport

my federal national identification card

utility bill

pay stubs

6 months bank statements

tax declaration

proof of ownership of the hot wallet I used for the 2 deposits 1 year in transactions from the hot wallet

2 years transaction pdf of my crypto.com account

and they came back to telling me they can’t verify me or anything from the documents I had provided and do to that they are freezing my account and my funds until they can verify my identity which makes 0 sense because I sent them more then what they had even asked for. They have not done anything to help me and are basically saying I am screwed. I have emailed the ceo Marco pinnisi and called him on his Mobil cell which he had open my messages and then blocked me. I emailed and message the coo head of compliance and several casino host all to 0 responses. My friend Kyle is at lost for words that they would even do this to me I play from Brazil and Mexico when I go back and fourth so they can’t even say it’s a gaming region thing since both countries are allowed to play as on the ToS agreements. Kyle is a known streamer sponsored by them who stress out of Boston in the United States that should be an issue. I have every single thing documented and recorded and I’d love to send you and spread this around since it’s $73,000 they are holding. Is there an email you can provide so I can forward you all the documentation and emails correspondence

Hi there,

Is it possible that for some reason you have not passed the verification or AML investigation rather than the casino could not accept your doccuments? I mean, I hate to speculate, but consider the amounts and the, let's say, background; I feel there might be something more involved.

I guess we will find out through the complaint. Speaking of which, smart move, submitting one!

Yes, but the problem is this. I’ve sent them every single documentation they asked for OK and they come back to me saying that they think my documents are not real and there’s discrepancies so let me ask you a question if I have one passport and I have one government ID and I submit that to them and they don’t accept it. What am I supposed to do?

That is why you have done right and submitted your complaint here with our team. I am sure that we'll do everything possible to find out the reason they don't accept it.

May I ask if you ever encountered such problems in another online casino, though?

Today I had a big problem. My account was closed and they dont even allow me to withdraw my funds. They decided that some other people were betting from my account. They just stole my money. Officially the worst bookmaker i have ever bet with.
