I am so sorry that such a situation has arisen.

Anyway, did you try to ask the casino what is the reason that you don't have your winnings and that your money has been removed ? I mean, did the casino say why this happened ?

Hello, any idea why cyber.bet stopped paying withdrawals? I ve been waiting for a month already to get my withdrawal and they are ignoring it. From time to time they anawer to my emails (they have no live chat anymore) that they have the right to prolong the pending period. My account is fully verified (also they call me a vip), i dont use bonuses and there are 0 reasons not to receive my funds.

additional info:

i had a balance of 7k euros. They did send me 3 times 1000€ (as max is 1000 per withdrawal) and then they just stopped. Im waiting my 4th part of withdrawal for more than a month already. They keep telling ne that i should be patient and that they have the right to prolong the pending time…

Also, they removed sportbetting. Not sure what that means but maybe they decided to close the company and not to pay its players. Their Curacao license is technucally allowing them to do that.

Well, add its terrible safety index, and you truly have something to think about:

I pray you are not correct in your guesses...

You won't receive it. They haven't paid 5 thousand reais to date. They blocked my ACCOUNT. Scammers leave the casino. Run away

Hello,

Today i received my 1st part of withdrawal (1000EUR). I requested the second part now (max withdraw amount is changed from 1000EUR to 500EUR for some reason).

So it's great news that you got a part. Anyway, did the casino also indicate why the limit for your withdrawal was changed ?

Could you let me know when you get the rest ?

I hope it will be smooth and you will get all the money. 🙂

Hi, hmm I'm not sure how you would want to make a withdrawal if you don't have enough funds in your account. You can only withdraw what you have there I suppose and no more.

If I didn't understand your question correctly you can try to explain it to me. 🤔

Cyber.bet didn't tell me anything about withdrawal limit. I sent them an email about it but of course i got no reply.

Let's see what will happen after 3 business days pending period expires (Thursday 25th Jan) but I am pretty much sure they gonna keep my withdrawal on pending for a long time.

Thanks for assisting Jaro

I bet there is not much to add; my fingers are crossed for you! I also wonder whether we are about to have some response to your complaint since it is still the casino's turn. 🤔

One way or another, we are here!

They just answered to my email about lowering the max withdraw amount. They just confirmed it's 500EUR now instead of 1000EUR. Basically it means that they can do absolutely what they want and when they want.

So for the very low safety index 🙁

It actually feels like they don't care much about their own honesty anymore. On the other hand, you may still get the money out of the casino, piece by piece, provided they aim to pay.

Hi guys,

A few days ago I received 500EUR (new max withdraw amount). Honestly I didn't expect it so it was a nice surprise to receive my money 🙂

Anyway, maybe I am naive but now i started to think that Cyber, bet actually doesn't have bad intentions (to not pay my withdrawal). It does look that, as what they told me, they have some issues.

I have 2.370EUR in balance so let's see what happens next

Great I'm glad you got some of the money. If they had technical problems and everything is solved, I hope you will get the rest.

As for the limit, is it 500 euros per day or per week ?

Either way the best thing to do is to be in communication with the casino and hopefully you will be able to withdraw.

Be sure to keep me updated on the progress.

Jaro hello,

500EUR is officially per three business days. This is how long is the processing time. HOWEVER, they take much longer to process my withdrawals. Approximately 2 weeks or more for one withdrawal. On 3rd of February I requested a 500EUR withdrawal and i do not expect it to be processed until mid FEB and then, who knows. It totally depends on their good will or who knows what. Maybe they simply have no money.

About communication with them, this is not possible. They shut down Live chat and they do not respond to emails. Actually they do but very rarely and with very generic replies (quoting their T&C how they can hold withdrawals as much as they want...)

Oh yeah, well then we'll have to be patient and wait to see if the other 500 that you have entered for withdrawal will also pass. I admire you for being so persistent, but I don't think you've even reckoned that the casino might send you some money, so obviously waiting won't be a big problem anymore.

So we'll see how it all turns out and if the next withdrawal will be successful. Be sure to let me know about it.

I will keep my fingers crossed. 🤞
