Thank you Romi for your message. It's very frustrating because I already had a verified account, I was playing and withdrawing without any problems and yet they blocked my withdrawals and asked for more documents to verify. They asked for documents that no other casino has ever asked me for. Bank statements, pay slips, everything... and I sent them and the account was verified. And yet they won't let me withdraw, they won't give me an answer or say anything? They're clearly delaying and doing everything they can not to pay me. I can't understand how this casino has such a high rating here on casinoguru. I've already replied to Veronika and even sent all the documents the casino asked for.
