Well, it truly was the casino's mistake, because there should not be any wagering implemented, of course.
The thing is, though, that we won't be able to help you anymore because the money is lost, unfortunately. In such cases you should always contact the support so they can fix it or contact us, but you shouldn't play with that money.
I'm really sorry for what happened.
Perhaps you could ask for some bonus from the casino as compensation? Would that be at least some "healing patch" for you?
I'm just trying to find some kind of solution here, even though I know that it won't be enough, of course. 🤷♀️
