In questo caso invece un bonifico è stato approvato il 14/01 e l'altro il 15/01 ma i fondi non sono ancora presenti sul mio conto. L'assistenza mi ha detto di aver aperto una segnalazione perchè secondo loro entro 24 ore dall'approvazione del prelievo i fondi dovrebbero essere accreditati sul conto corrente.

Let me explain. I requested two withdrawals that were approved on January 14 and 15, 2026, but until yesterday I hadn't received them in my bank account. Yesterday, they emailed me that the two withdrawals had been unsuccessful due to issues with the bank and that my money had been re-deposited into my gaming account. I needed to request the withdrawal with a different IBAN. The problem is that the system required me to wager the amount at least once, like any other deposit, to request the withdrawal. The problem is that that deposit had been made automatically and not by me, so I shouldn't have had to wager it before withdrawing. Is that clear now?

Il problema è che il sistema per richiedere il prelievo mi chiedeva di scommettere l'importo almeno 1 volta come un qualsiasi deposito. Il problema è che quel deposito era stato fatto in automatico e non da me quindi non avrei dovuto dover scommetterlo prima di prelevarlo. È chiaro ora?
