If the amount is small, I always get paid very fast, bigger amount seem to undergo longer holding or review periods, I cannot say for sure. I can only vouch for small withdrawals, that works well.

How much maximum was your pay out and how long you been waiting for that?

Please know that the 14-day time period is set by our complaint team, regardless of the casino. From our experience this is the time frame within which casinos usually can solve withdrawals themselves, and that is why we don't intervene any earlier.

Better not do that. I've been waiting for 300 euros for 8 days now, but they told me it will be paid out today (like every day).
