Yes, you are. It is allowed on our website; just be careful when you then go to some online casino site, and make sure you turn the VPN off.

You can use Ireland, for example, my favourite one. 😉

Let us know, please, how you managed it.

I believe that the best would be if you first describe the issue and make sure you write your posts to the right casino thread.

Just to be sure, please post the URL of the casino so we can see which one it really is.

What has happened? What kind of issue do you experience with your withdrawal, please?

Here on the forum about chipstar casino, there is always only one topic; unpaid player winnings. Could it be that a rival provider has taken over chipstar (the casino that has the highest security index?!

I got paid £1100 2 weeks ago by them after about 3 days of chasing them non stop. You just have to keep going at them

For real? What excuse did they give you and did you withdraw to your bank or crypto?

Lollymaccy88 - what other sites do you play on?

For smaller wins flashdash is really good they always pay out the next day, also Betzino always pay out the next day and Hexbet. Chipstars are good for wins but the withdrawal process is so stressful it’s not worth it. Stick to the casinos I have mentioned

Hi, everybody.

First off to the mods, I have tried to sign up many times but I got this captcha failed" error for quite a bit, I have ready this is happening to many in the "how to handle a complaint" thread, might be worth a look, many other users have reported this.

Anyway, I was very eager to post a review on this casino, as it is the best one I have experienced in a long time, I am off to write that review now.

Alright, I have managed to submit the review, but was facing that captcha failed error a couple times before it went thought, I am not using a VPN or any such, but it worked in the end.

I just don't know what makes you so excited about this casino? Is it their brain RTP, or that they take so long to pay out?

I can only speak for myself or fellow Canadians, but I have never had withdrawal issues with Chipstars, they have Interac for deposits and withdrawals and that is what I use, it is instant, support told me a deposit with Interac has me automatically verified.

Maybe not every country is the same?

Hey. Try to use the incognito window next time. That should help.

And, yeah, our people try to find out what is causing this issue, but it seems not that easy, unfortunately. 🤷‍♀️

Haha this made me laugh! You’re so right. Slowest payouts compared to any other crypto casino

If you lose money, the casino has to pay you money quickly, you are their priority.

If at one point you are in the plus, it keeps getting smaller.

I have been waiting for payment from Chipstars for over 2 months. In the end they paid me the money and closed the account.

But all in all, there are worse casinos. Rollino Casino is one of the worst, has a good rating from the Casinoguru team, and they are classic scammers.

Hello everyone,

I would like to share my opinions and perspectives on Chipstars Casino and their payout policies with you.

Although I have always enjoyed playing on this site and somehow quickly got the feeling of being a VIP player thanks to the support and customer service, I am now becoming more and more annoyed with the casino.

Starting with the fact that the fulfillment of the deposit bonuses takes a relatively long time.

To earn my first deposit bonus of €1,200, you actually have to wager an amount of €240,000. (Wagering amount x 1% x 50% = Unlocked amount)

This means that since my first deposit, I've just been putting off claiming this bonus amount. Therefore, I can't benefit from the bonus offers on new deposits.

Now, to make matters worse, I'm constantly being put off with my payouts and they simply aren't being processed as promptly as I would like.

In my case, after having lost money quite foolishly a few times, I'd like to make smaller withdrawals in the meantime to avoid the risk of crashing my entire bankroll...

So I choose a random amount that should guarantee me a profit no matter what... After several days, however, I see that the withdrawal still hasn't been processed. My bankroll has also continued to grow since then, and I would now like to secure another portion of it...

Unfortunately, this casino only allows one withdrawal at a time. So, I canceled the open withdrawal request and increased the amount to X.

Now, another endless cycle passes at this point, with this amount simply not being processed. Even a week later, I can still cancel the request without any problems. (Even though I've been assured in the support chat several times upon request that the payouts are currently being processed by the responsible employee in the finance department, etc.)

When I inquired again a few days ago, they apologized for this and then gave as their reason that, due to a new management staffing level, many payment and verification processes for customer accounts have come to a standstill, and they are already working at full speed on a solution for this as soon as possible...

A few weeks earlier, there were alleged difficulties with the financial service provider.

I'm starting to feel a bit like I've been ripped off... Deposits are processed more or less in real time, and then when I try to withdraw, all sorts of problems suddenly arise...

Regardless of the aforementioned anomalies, I also noticed that the RTP score for various games, such as Gates of Olympus, differs from those on other casino sites by up to 2-3%. Normally, this would be 96.5%, but at Chipstars, it's just 94% RTP (which, in my opinion, is quite high and doesn't seem particularly trustworthy).

Can any of you share with me the experiences I had at this casino?

Thank you.

Brother, or...sister.

I see some funny posts here, you are saying slowest, which is BS, sorry to say, other casinos do not pay out at all, notoriously crypto brands.

Mate, if a casino pays you and closes your account, then the payout delay is most likely due to them looking into potential fraud issues like duplicate accounts and god knows what.

Why not stay objective and say you did some dodgy stuff and that caused a long delay with verification and pay out? Because that makes you look bad, right? It is always easy to point fingers.

If a casino or a disco makes the decision to cancel their service or "entry" to the premises, so to say, this means that you are doing some dodgy things which are undesired.

Rant finished, thank you for listening 🙂
