Look, you have plenty of space to express your disagreement constructively, but honestly, if you read what we already told you, you may see that there are no real facts we can discuss further. Since we openly inform our users that we only accept non-sport-related matters, you still believe our dismissal of your request, regarding solely sports betting activity and subsequent account closure, was incorrect. Assume we accepted your complaint anyway, asked the casino for an explanation, and the response revealed that some sports-related rules had been broken. What do you think we could say to the casino to challenge their decision? Nothing.

Furthermore, we are supposed to be found guilty because another platform that claims to specialize in sports betting does not provide the solution you seek.
