Yes I can. On April 12th of this year I asked for self-exclusion on Casino Midas for gambling-related problems, clearly specifying the reasons and saying that I was being treated by a psychologist. They actually closed my account after a few days, about a week and for a while everything went well, except then, after about a month and a half, they offered me a 250 euro bonus to tempt me. I fell for it and up to this point, you could say, it wasn't your fault, if it really is a player's fault.... the fact is that after several deposits I won a bit of money that I never manage to cash out because I tend not to be able to reach the cash-out times. After losing, a VIP manager I had never heard from before contacted me and to make a long story short, after saying that she was sorry etc. She told me to stay calm because if I had won I would have had an immediate withdrawal that would have allowed me to cash out my winnings without having to wait for approval times. I, knowing this, play and overplay, thinking I will recover and at least I will be able to cash out immediately. On July 23 I manage to win 3000 euros which is not even half of what I deposited in about ten days, however I decide to cash out but with great surprise and anxiety I realize that I do not have this immediate withdrawal. I try to contact them but no one answers me .... I desperately beg them to answer me so I can cash out that money and they pretend nothing has happened ... I, overcome by anxiety and despair, gamble it all again. I fall into a serious moment of despair and do what I had written to the casino and take some pills wanting to die because not only have I lost again but I felt humiliated, made fun of, guilty.... They save me with gastric lavage.... my older sister to whom I had forwarded all the emails I had sent to the casino because I thought I would die tries to contact the casino to understand because she knew nothing and does not understand anything about casinos, in response they close the account in 3 seconds.... it took me a week of prayers so much so that I had already opened a complaint at that time. I feel better, I contact them and say that I want my money back. Obviously they say no because they reply that it is not true that I had immediate withdrawal... liars they have made up a lot of excuses.... I opened a complaint with you but I do not see it positively.... they say that it is not true that they offered me a bonus while I was not registered... damned liars..... do not play with this casino and above all stay away from Melania, a liar and coward...

Il 12 aprile di quest' anno ho chiesto l'autoesclusione su Casinò Midas per problemi legati al gioco,specificando chiaramente i motivi e dicendo che mi stavo facendo seguire da uno psicologo. Mi hanno effettivamente chiuso l'account dopo un po' di giorni ,circa una settimana e per un po' è andato tutto bene,salvo poi ,dopo circa un mese e mezzo offrirmi un bonus da 250 euro per tentarmi. Io ci sono cascata e fino qui ,si può dire,colpa tua non dovevi,se davvero è colpa di un giocatore....fatto sta che dopo vari versamenti ho vinto un po' di soldi che puntualmente non riesco mai a incassare perché tendo a non riuscire ad arrivare ai tempi di incasso. Dopo aver perso mi contatta una vip manager mai sentita prima di quel momento e per farvela breve,dopo aver detto che le dispiaceva etc. Mi dice di stare tranquilla perché nel caso avessi vinto avrei avuto comunque un prelievo immediato che mi avrebbe permesso di incassare la mia vincita senza dover aspettare i tempi del approvazione. Io ,sapendo questa cosa gioco e stragioco, pensando recupererò e almeno potrò incassare subito. Il 23 luglio arrivo a vincere 3000 euro che non sono nemmeno la metà di ciò che ho versato in una decina di giorni,però decido di incassare ma con grande sorpresa e ansia mi accorgo di non avere questo prelievo immediato. Cerco di contattarli ma non mi risponde nessuno ....supplico disperata di rispondermi per poter incassare quei soldi e fanno finta di nulla...io presa da ansia e sconforto mi rigioco tutto. Cado in un grave momento di sconforto e faccio ciò che avevo scritto al casinò e prendo delle pillole volendo morire perché non solo ho ancora perso ma mi sono sentita umiliata presa in giro , in colpa.... Mi salvano tramite lavanda gastrica....mia sorella maggiore a cui avevo girato tutte le mail che avevo mandato al casinò perché credevo sarei morta cerca di contattare il casinò per capire in quanto lei non saoeva nulla e non capisce niente di casino,loro di tutta risposta in 3 secondi chiudonol'account....io ci ho impiegato una settimana di preghiere tanto che avevo aperto già a quel tempo un reclamo. Sto meglio,li contatto dico che pretendo i miei soldi. Ovviamente mi dicono no perché mi rispondono che non è vero che avevo il prelievo immediato... bugiardi hanno accampato un sacco di scuse ....ho aperto un reclamo con voi ma non la vedo positiva....dicono che non è vero che mi hanno offerto un bonus mentre non ero iscritta ... bugiardi maledetti.....non giocate con questo casinò e soprattutto lontani da Melania ,buguarda e codarda...
