I have an open complaint from a withdrawal that has not yet been processed as of 10/19. No one answers. This casino has a wrong review as it is constantly delaying the withdrawal of players. I have already asked them to intervene as we will exceed the 14 days because the weekend is coming which is considered a holiday. No one is helping me live chat only apologizing and no answer as to when I will get my money. My complaint is already open but no representative is replying and in 18h your representative's deadline expires
