I have also been SCAMED.

I deposited (without bonus) 350 euros. After about ten hands on BJ Live, I got to € 1350 and asked for a withdrawal

After 6 days, and all the security checks on my documents and CC, they only gave me back the initial 350 euros, telling me that I used illegal strategies to win (???).

Basically, I'd like to know what kind of strategy the casino didn't like, especially if you played so low amount of hands, there's not much space to apply any common strategy. Even if you counted cards, they change the cards so often in live online casinos that there aren't many possibilities to get any significant advantage. The BJ is usually played with 6-8 card packs and they change it after about 3-4.

I add that I don't know how cards are counted and that the deck had just been changed.

Practically on the first hand with the new deck, I received two 8s, making a perfect pair and three of kind (the dealer also showed an 8)
