Not true, I use my wife's card for both withdrawals and deposits, added together with my cards, on most sites in Italy without any problems. I also made important winnings and there were no problems with the withdrawal divided a little on one card and a little on another card

That's good news. In the UK and all casinos I have used they stipulate in their terms and conditions that all deposits must be made in the name of the registered card holder only. People over time have had problems with that issue. So good luck getting your money.

Unfortunately, as our complaint team had already informed you in your complaint 👈, we have received clear evidence from the casino that you have used a 3rd party deposit method which is strictly against the casino terms. Actually it is pretty common in online casinos, even though, there can be some exceptions, as you have said here 👈. Therefore it is always better to read the terms at each casino before making a deposit, to prevent this kind of issues.
They shouldn't even make you top up with someone else's card then, because they were good at taking the money, but not at giving it back. Here's the scam, everyone is good at taking money. Very negative review for my part.

I can definitely understand if you have negative feelings about it and your review is rather bad. However, as it was said, you always need to use your information, documents, payment method written in your name to avoid similar problems. In most casinos these things are forbidden and lessons should be learned for the future. I hope this has been an enlightening lesson. 😕
