I'll gladly advise you the same, if I may. 🙂
You know you have been saying that you will never ever play in this casino again because it has been a scam for a very long time based on our own words, so I believed you. That's all.
Obviously you've changed your mind, okay.
So, let's set this aside and focus on the withdrawals, the cryptocurrency suggestions, and the roulette.
Deal, please? I don't want to be offensive, but please next time focus more on what people wrote in the complaint too. 😉🙏
Yes i wanted more proofs for you about how blaze spins scammed me and people on withdraw, unfortunately this time blaze spins scammed me on roulette, not added my winnings to my balance and also robbed me my bet . Totally robbed me .
Now I have a lot proofs how this company is BiG Scam and now blaze spins can close my account.
This roulette is the most BIG SCAM EVER LIKE BLAZE SPINS
NOT ADD WINNING TO YOUR BALANCE AND ALSO ROBBED YOUR BET , BIG BIG SCAM
The way this casino operates it just feels impossible not to get tripped up by their bonus terms. I see a complaint listed about someone having all their winnings confiscated for playing Baccarat after finishing wagering and the exact same thing happened to me. I had around 1500 euro confiscated because I played Blackjack after completing the wagering requirement.
And now I'm frustrated with them again because on another offer I had a balance of 10000 when I was finishing wagering and it was automatically reduced to 2500 when I completed the wager. That bit was ok because I knew beforehand that the max cashout was 2500...but then I tried to withdraw and they said that another 750 would be deducted for the sticky bonus! I've never seen the cap for a cashout applied before the bonus deduction. How is it a max cashout when its not actually possible to cash out that much because the bonus comes off as well?
What makes it worse is that after the wagering when the balance is reduced to the max cashout, you can continue to play but if you play games that aren't allowed during wagering your money will get confiscated (even though bonus wagering is over) and even if you play allowed games, if you win more it will get confiscated as the max cashout will be applied again when you go to withdraw!!
So basically, they apply the max cashout, then deduct the sticky bonus, then apply the max cashout again. Its a minefield.
As multiple people, including myself, have reported issues, this casino's terms of service are extremely unclear.
The vague wording
is likely evidenced by the unusually high number of complaints relative to the casino's size.
We should properly call the casino's management to account.
Dear user, your complaint is still active. I believe it is fair to wait for the conclusion. If you once more post anything abusive towards my colleagues, you will lose access to the forum. I understand you are driven by negative emotions; we can't solve it here for you, and continuing to be abusive to my colleagues who are working for free on your case is not the way forward.
Stay calm, please.
