Please provide more details, as what you have written does not provide much information. That is the only reason why your user review was rejected.

Just wanted to follow up from my previous review. I'm now sending an email to close my account. I've rarely encountered such suspiciously low RTP no matter what you play. I had another encounter where I played Big Bass, got a bonus on a $2 bet and won $2. Something seems off in my opinion and sadly I've spent hundreds of dollars to reach that conclusion. No fun was had.

If you had that experience, I understand your decision.

As for the bonus, I feel that it is one of the most difficult games with a bonus.

It has happened to me many times that I got nothing. I don't know how it's possible, but it happened, and not just once. Or just very small wins. I've only seen someone win a really high amount compared to their bet twice.

Personally, I would probably avoid this game.

I've played every version of Big Bass so I'm not sure if you're referring to the same version as I am. Some are definitely more volatile, but I'm speaking of the orginal version that I've literally played thousands of times. I've done very well in the past on that and other versions, on all kinds of bets, and I can assure you getting $2 on a bonus round, on a $2 bet, isn't the norm.

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. It can happen more than once. With slots, I would say you have to expect anything.

But overall, I'm not really a fan of the Big Bass series.

No sense even bothering with this casino with a bonus.

They make you wager $10,000 on one provider. Mascot. Worst provider ever. Im supposed to play the same 20 slots over and and over for days?

Dumb.

Agreed. That part was pretty wild to me too. I was offered a "special" cashback bonus at one point that was the same idea. Only one game provider could be played, and a very low winning/withdrawal cap. Like why even bother.

The casino sets the bonus conditions, and if you don't like them, you don't have to play with them or at the casino.

If it's limited in this way, I probably wouldn't use such a bonus either.

Hello sdexcid,

We completely understand your frustration, playing only on one provider isn’t for everyone. That’s why we run a wide variety of bonuses: high-boost offers, low wagering, no wagering, limited-games, and all-games promotions.

If a specific bonus doesn’t suit your style, we’d strongly suggest simply skipping it, there are always alternatives available that might be a much better fit.

This casino also adds secondary wagering. After you complete the massive wagering they then force you to wager your deposit a couple times.

Wagering your deposit is tied to your bonus balance so it gets wagered.

Wagering your deposit is for one reason only. To avoid money laundering.

So when your deposit is tied to your bonus and can be lost, this counts as wagering. This is a just a play for the casino to encourage you to lose more as the rtp is in their favor.

Wont be returning to a casino that behaves like this.

Have you thought about filing a complaint so our team could try to intervene?

I see that you are going nowhere now.

We also recommend filing an official complaint with Casino Guru, that way their team can step in and we can review everything together transparently.

As already mentioned, the best way forward is to file an official complaint with Casino Guru. We’ll be more than happy to review everything together with their team to ensure full transparency.
