Well, may I know why you have never officially filed a complaint with us? You see, it makes no sense to repeat such things on the forum with notes that Casino Guru is missing the point if you failed to submit the complaint. Of course we are missing the point, because no mediator has thus far seen your case and your stance.

Please think about this situation for a bit. May I know what seems to be the problem anyway? A short brief recap would be helpful for all of us, I guess.

Thank you.

After all of your complaints about failed self-exclusion, the idea of quitting gambling sounds great.

yoyeli, If I may ask you a question:You play at a casino outside your home regulator. How do you think these casinos obtain payment methods to pay out winnings?

I understand it looks weird, but if you think about the situation more deeply, you'll find it is quite a common solution. Did you perhaps see this poll?

POLL: Is it okay if casino deposits appear as non-gambling payments in your bank records?

It is, in my opinion, risky for addicted players, especially with active bank non-gambling blocks, but it is a normal situation for players without any issues.

Since we are not here to discuss legality, I suppose it is your decision to play at casinos operating outside of your national regulator's jurisdiction. I know you, and I'm sorry this is so troubling for you; as I said, it's best not to play if you feel like it is too much pressure.

The massive promotions are, of course, another problem, especially for vulnerable players. However, no complaint can be decided in your favor if you use this exclusion strategy to gain refunds in casinos—hence so many rejected complaints of yours. Self-exclusion is not a tool for schemes. You sent self-exclusion requests to a ton of casinos and then complained that you were able to register afterwards and played. That's not fair, if you ask me.

In any case, I wish you the best of luck.

I know exactly how they obtain them. I have an actual law degree. It's not weird, it's illegal.

Okay, so you are accusing me of schemes. That's a pretty bold statement. I literally used the Self-Exclusion template provided by Peluuri, the local Gambling Therapy provided. It came with a list of website that it automatically sent the message to - I did not deliberately send an email around to abuse the system. I did so to protect myself as a gambling addict. Never have I used self-exclusion as an excuse for refunds, and you claiming such is defamation. I have reported your message to the Finnish and Czech Police respectively. Also it's pretty bold to say that the self-exclusion template along with the list of websites provided by a National Gambling Awareness organization and using such is unfair and only goes to show you protect casinos.

Furthermore: I have gone through Gambling Therapy and work to raise awareness on the problem. You have just belittled and defamed a gambling addict publicly. Will not post here anymore but will pursue a defamation case. You probably consider this a scheme too, huh? 😉 I could not care less about money as I'm doing fine now. It's more about justice in this crooked scene.

I did not choose to play on these sites. My addiction did.

I got it, so I wrote what I did. This isn't a court, after all, and neither I nor any of my colleagues have ever looked at your cases or situation on a legal website. So keep up the good work, and if you don't like the Fair Gambling Codex, go with legality. It's a good call.

Wishing you well and staying safe. I really mean it.

In my reviews, I wrote that I waited a very long time for my documents to be verified. After the verification, I was still playing and making several deposits. The last two were unsuccessful. I didn't play for several days. Today, I decided to play again, and my account was blocked.

Hey Tashkent, how are you doing?

I’ve just checked your account and can confirm that it’s active and fully available for play. I don’t see any recent emails or live chat messages from you, so I’d strongly recommend reaching out to us directly through those channels whenever you need help, that way, we can assist you right away.

Please check again, and if you’re still experiencing any issues, let me know here or, even better, contact us via email so we can resolve it quickly.

Yes, thanks, I'm logged into my account. I don't know what kind of glitch it was.

I'm glad everything is okay.

So how long did the account verification take? Other than that, was everything okay and is the casino fine for you?

If so, what would you highlight? 🙂

I had a bit of trouble with verification. I filmed a video incorrectly, but they told me about it three days later. I ended up filming a new video and waiting another two or three days. Overall, I like the casino; they offer great bonuses and fast withdrawals. The only issue is that a certain bonus can only be used with one provider, Mascot, which is a bit of a letdown.

Thanks for your reply.

If there was a problem with the video, it's good that you finally solved it.

As for bonuses, do they have good wagering requirements? How fast are withdrawals and what payment method do you use?
