BitStarz was the worst casino I've ever played at! The games don't pay anything, I played 4000€ always buying free games at 100€ and it didn't pay anything a shame! I bought at 100€ and most of the time I paid 20€/ 40€ the maximum I got was 78€! I don't recommend this casino! One of the worst I've ever come across! Beware of this casino here's the tip!!!!🤔🤔🤔

Lately I see that players are not so lucky when they buy bonuses. Which game provider were you choosing? Was it always some other one? I don't know if this feature is that worthwhile because I know that bonuses aren't always such that you have to drop something. But if I spent as much as you did on at least one of them, I would expect to make a profit as well. 

It would probably discourage me to keep playing. 😕

I also thought. With slots from pragmatic which have quite high RTP you can get a bonus where you get 2€ even if you pay 500€ for example. And then you can hit a win where you buy a bonus for 100€ and hit 3000€. I've seen all sorts of scenarios but I personally wouldn't try it and spend the money because the casino always has an edge over the player.

I've seen similar opinions from a lot of players but they still play pragmatic games. I don't know what to think if that's the case, but they keep coming back to them and think it's going to be different.

Hey, I think you can become rich by playing in a casino, but you have to belong to maybe 1% of people who manage to win a big jackpot. Of course, then stop playing and never show up at the casino again.

That was more irony on my part, I don't think it's possible to get rich in a casino. The only way to do that is to get lucky and come somewhere for the first time, win the jackpot, take the money and never play in a casino again.

As for your experience, we have already discussed it and if you have a feeling that there is something wrong with these game providers, have you reported it anywhere? I probably wouldn't play them if I had the same opinion. 🤷‍♂️

If you have a feeling that something is wrong and the games are being manipulated, you should probably go to the authority, of course you have to have bulletproof evidence for that because if a player would just admit that he doesn't win anything and that's why I have a feeling that it's like that, you probably wouldn't have much success. These cases are therefore difficult.

In several! And it often starts the free games and after 2/3 matches it goes down! It's not normal! It only happens to me at bitstars, I played esc online fine, national casino fine, they just made it difficult for me to pay 6500€, but it was solved!

Then I would probably want to know what's behind it if I were you. Or the other option is that I wouldn't play in a casino where this keeps happening to me and no one can help me, when you say that it's fine elsewhere.

I thought BitStarz was pretty good until I just had $4000 taken off me. They say I will I was betting too high. I was unaware there was a limit. I probably span $15-$20 per spin on occasion I can’t recall but it wasn’t regularly. I had a $16,000 play through to wager and they said I could only bet gas high as five euro or equivalent. So after jumping through hoops for days in order to verify I was told I could withdraw. The moment I did the money disappeared in my initial outlay of $250 was sitting there instead of the 4K I had legitimately won. I initially had won $8000 but had $4000 after the play through was complete. Pretty disappointed considering how much I lost previously to this casino.

Well, I guess you have been playing with a bonus with several restrictions attached to it. Max bet limit is a very common practice, and sadly, many casinos are not able to enforce this basic rule of software level. Which may end up as you just described....

The usual outcome is voiding the balance won, leaving only the initial amount. I would, however, say that the best resolution is to exclude the overbets from the wagering and give the player a chance to finish the bonus.

Still, it is safer to read the bonus terms beforehand, assuming it was a bonus. Regulating real money bets would be a completely different story. 🤔

Yes I agree other casinos can limit betting so there is no reason they shouldn’t be able to but I guess they get to keep a lot of players winnings this way. They obviously knew what they were going to do whilst I was verifying.

I couldn’t find any terms and conditions on the site except for when you actually activate the bonus so it’s not really an open book.
