Don't play here. I deposited 16KUSDT and in order to withdraw 8KUSDT, they used KYC verification to fool me and then directly disabled my account. I didn't use any bonus! ! ! !

We’ll see, I’m from the United States and that was all they needed, to close my account and comfenscate $3,200. After 6 years and 10’s of thousands of dollars withdrawn they one day decided to hit me with account verification for the 3,209 !withdrawal. Just randomly asked for verification which was from a prohibited country which is why they closed my account and stole my money! They will let you deposit from prohibited country all day long . Bu at their discretion they will let you withdraw!

If they let you deposit there for so long and withdraw then it's quite wrong that they would close your account after so long. 

So if they took your money and left you blocked, I would try filing a complaint with us and our team would try to help you if possible.

I tried to file the complaint but when I try to choose bitstars as the casino it’s not in the list being that this website won’t give me that option. Probably Due to my location here in the us. I have tried to file formal complaint. But this website won’t let me!

Actually it won’t let me file the complaint because the money nor the photos allow to be entered 

as you can see in my financial history a withdrawal had gone through the month before nut this one was denied

If you can't choose a casino, try to choose another one and write in your complaint what it is and our team will change it. But I can see from the screenshot that you were probably able to select the casino later. 

As for the other problems, try clearing your cookies, use a different browser or go to an anonymous window and use that to file a complaint. If that doesn't work, come in and we'll try to resolve the situation.
