Yes, but you can't process withdrawals within 24 hours, and in some cases within 96! And then you have to wait 10 days... the first withdrawal I made was made after about 100 hours... they cancelled one after waiting over a hundred hours, saying there was a problem with the provider! After that, I had to request a new withdrawal, and it's been well over 96 hours... it seems like they're just stalling in the hope that you'll cancel the withdrawal and gamble it all over again! It's really unfair.
