Good morning, I registered at BILLY BETS a few days ago and won on 15/08/24 a JACKPOT of approximately 9,800 euros. So far they have not proceeded with any payment and every time I have contacted them they just tell me to wait. In general, you cannot withdraw more than 500 euros per day! Hello, I would assume that the casino or the game provider might make some checks and that's why this is happening, anyway, it would be best if the casino informs the player about such things and doesn't just hit him with no answer. I would probably try to wait a bit longer and if you don't hear back from them again then we would try to help.
