I'm sorry for interrupting, but perhaps you can tell me which crypto wallet you prefer and which you feel is best for new players lacking experience. You seem like the right person to ask. 🙏

My withdrawal has still not been processed and I am worried that I will not receive my money.
But you received an email from them yesterday saying that they want to pay out, preferably via crypto. Then everything should be fine.
I now asked for withdrawal to my crypto wallet. That’s still pending, so I’m keeping on waiting
I just received an email of costumer service with an excuse for the delay. They say the withdrawals are still under review because I don’t have a crypto wallet. I just made one so I’ll give the adress to them. Is that save to do?
I hope they will transfer the money faster as with bank transfer, cause that requests are pending for more than a week now.
What do they mean with crypto type? I have to fill in several things as crypto type, adress and also tag/information. Do they only send money to USDT TRC20 addresses or also to Ethereum address?
Probably they mean the network used, it's wrong to use any other word instead of "network" (it can cause confusion), or probably they mean the crypto used for the transaction (BTC, LTC, USDT and so on). "Memo" or "Tag" is only required for certain cryptos like XRP or certain networks, if you use USDT in TRC20 you don't need tag
Set up a Trust wallet, just download it and register, then you simply add USDT-TRC20 and you get an address to get your funds from the casino. From that wallet you can withdraw to any exchange without problems
Trustwallet or MetaMask are the best.
But can you then forward it from the exchange?
You also have to register and verify yourself on the exchange.
I both have Trust and meta but the gasfees are high….. I’ll ask Betsolino to withdraw to my Revolut bank account. That’s a very common way to payout money to your costumers, so why do they let me choose for it and don’t pay when I’ve chosen for it.
Yes, you can, I do it pretty often, normally withdrawals from trust to exchanges like Binance or Bybit, never had a problem at all, it's just a transaction from a hot wallet to an exchange, which is something common
Which method did you use for the deposit? Normally withdrawals have to be done using the same deposit method, unless the casino gives permission to do otherwise
