Hi, unfortunately casino has it's licence in Costa Rica, so it basically means that they have no licence.
I have the same issue with 5bonuses casino that is also operated by Betsolino Limited. They have not refunded my deposit for almost 2 weeks now, chat is useless and email does not even reply.
Betsolino Limited is located in the UK, so I think it might be wise to contact local authorities there, because from what I have gathered, this company has frauded a lot of people within the past few weeks.

They probably won't. They even rejected my review for the casino, as I wanted to warn people not to play here. Lately it feels that Casino guru has all the scammers back. I used to trust this website in the past.
Also, it might be a good idea to contact your bank and see if chargeback is possible for the deposits. They might be able to help you if you paid by card. Transfers can also be reversed in some cases, but that is more tricky.
