I would definitely recommend you to file a complaint if the casino hasn't given you any explanation. If they don't respond and it ends up being unresolved, then they will be awarded black points and the safety index will be lowered. I have a feeling that this is not the best place to be, although I would like to be wrong.

I have now threatened Irina with a complaint and her answer:

"I send it to the accounting - sorry for the delay"

After asking again why I hadn't received an answer via email, she ignored me, as usual.

Seems really pointless and I'm really considering doing something.

Edit: I go through the internet and rate EVERYTHING I see about Betsolino! The longer this scam works, the more people get scammed.

I see that nothing has moved on. It is a great pity that it is like this and I would hate to see the complaint end up unresolved but I am afraid of that. 

However, I hope your efforts will be successful and at least the players will be informed. 😕

New casino opened, they send emails like 5Bonus or Betsolino, very similar in appearance, perhaps with caution!

Croatia, and they have headquarters in Germany and Poland, there is a location on googlemaps that is a little more accessible, but the name of the company comes up as well as everything else, it's a bit like a scrambled location, but no problem

Are casinoguru going to do anything about this?
