I can understand all of that, but the question here is more about why Betsolino is STILL classified as new, even though it is obvious what is happening there.
There are certainly other players affected who only look at the casino reviews but do not file a complaint here!
This continues every day, bonuses are still being sent by Betsolino via email. So the scam continues, even because of a good rating on CasinoGuru - DESPITE clear complaints!

Es sind bestimmt weitere Spieler betroffen , die sich nur die Casino Bewertung anschauen aber hier keine Beschwerde einlegen!
Dies geht ja täglich weiter , Bonuse werden immer noch von Betsolino versendet , per Mail. Also die Betrugsmasche geht weiter , auch Aufrgrund einer guten Bewertung bei CasinoGuru - TROTZ eindeutigen Beschwerden!

The casino is not under any protection. If the complaints against it are not resolved, then its safety index will change. The fact that it is marked as fresh does not mean that if it does not try to pay players and solve the problems that it will not be penalised.
Well, after reading through everything, my hope is completely gone, just like everyone else here! And the sad thing is that we have been writing here for 2, 3 or more weeks, complaining, but nothing has changed! Absolutely nothing.

That you could solve this.... Betsolino doesn't respond to your inquiries either, so the question is why is it still rated 6.8?

Because so far it has only one unresolved complaint. When the other complaints are closed as unresolved, then the safety index will change. Not before. According to what I have seen some complaints have already been resolved by the casino a month ago and I would be very happy if it was like that.
Unfortunately, we can't force the casino to do anything and even though we try to do our best for the players, it may not work out. So even though the players have hope in us, if the casino doesn't want to do anything, it's hard to move forward.
Your complaint is open and the casino will be contacted shortly, so just wait and see what happens. 😕
My complaint is closed, and it’s not solved. I hope the other players who set up a complaint will be solved successfully.
That's very sad, we'll see what the others do, but if you didn't get an answer then I don't know how the casino will proceed in other cases.

I think someone mentioned it here in the thread and also has an open complaint with this casino on our site. I would very much like to say and believe that everything will be solved without further problems but I don't want to promise it in order not to mislead the players unnecessarily.

0.5 because they didn’t reply on my complaint I Guess…. Their have to be a lot of complaints to be unresolved to drop the rating that much so new players won’t start playing….
