Anyway, I don't know if you can just take such an action and shutdown the casino, but it doesn't have the best safety index and I have a feeling it's slowly going down. So I think it's good if players share their experiences and others can read them.

That's one way not to be scammed, to inform yourself before you play somewhere.  

This is the target, they pay or I carry on talking about my bad experience, and I invite everyone to do so.. 6783 € not paid without any logical reason..lost for lost, betplays will pay the consequences..

Okay, so if they haven't paid you anything and haven't given you a reasonable reason, how long has it been going on ? I'm sorry if I've asked this before, but I'm a bit lost. Did you think about filing a complaint when you didn't hear anything relevant from the casino ? Unless of course it's about sports betting. It's not a bit of money and maybe it would have been the right thing to do.

I know you have contacted law firm based on what we shared last time, so I'm curious where this will lead you and what you will be able to resolve. Be sure to update us with the outcome when you find out more, because I'm quite interested.

I am awaiting the outcome, I contacted my lawyer two days ago who told me that the letter of formal notice was sent via post and email but betplays (just pronouncing the name of the company makes me feel angry and irritated) to He still hasn't responded today. I fear that these criminals will not respond, in the meantime I have forwarded a report to the Italian State Police

I see that you perhaps took all the steps you could, so hopefully it will turn out fair for you and soon you will have some news and the situation will advance a bit more. 

For now, though, I guess we'll both just have to wait.

Hi jamel, betplays hasn't responded to my lawyer's letter yet and sbgok hasn't contacted me either, furthermore trustpilot has deleted my review considering it incorrect. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated, I have lost the desire to bet, this affair has really shocked me, I can't give up. With 5000 euros I could have done many things. We would love to help you, but as your complaint mentions it's sports betting related, unfortunately it won't work and I've explained the reason before.

I don't see why we should put pressure on the casino if you don't have a complaint ? Also, it is quite important whether it is sports betting or not and I have already explained that. We simply don't have the insight to support such players and our team doesn't know enough about similar situations. And if you go to defend a player and you don't know anything about it, then we don't have a position to take. 

So I'm sorry, but if that's the case, we are not able to help. 😕

I understand your point of view, but also know that players come here to get an idea about this or that site, if they subsequently find that it is rated 8/10 then they get scammed once they have won a considerable amount, it will not be a good experience for them..i meant by that, 8/10 does not reflect the true value of the site betplays.com I give them 00/10 and I am good with them. your rating is a trap for players, excuse me for telling you, that's why I think you have to invest in sports betting too so that your work is complete and that gives more credibility to your site, therefore casino or sports betting, money is money..

All the gaming platforms you evaluate offer both the casino section and the sports section, so I don't agree with the fact that you only deal with casino complaints. It's illogical, money won is money won regardless of the game mode
