If I may, I agree it does not look very real. However, we have proof linking these reviews to the casino or to other sources, and even though I agree the texts sound more or less like asking ChatGPT to write a review, we need solid proof to reject such reviews. You, on the other hand, don't; you may think what you want.

We live in a world where everyone tries to get an advantage. No tool or software will tell which review is fake and which is not. Saying, "We are sorry; we just don't believe you," would not work best.

However, I'll bring this matter to the team's attention to see whether we can figure something out.

Nice of you to understand something like that, I would rather hear it from him than from you, since you are not the author of the post. 

Players who have been scammed can come to us and start a complaint where we will definitely try to help them. If that happens and the casino doesn't attempt to do anything about it and resolve the situation they will get black points. 

As for fake comments, if you mean user reviews Radka has already written to you about this and I would also like to add that this is not part of the Safety Index. We will definitely deal with the reviews and when we find a pattern we will deal with them. 🙂

You see, we had a similar problem with BetPlay's user feedback in the past. I needed to brush up on my memory, so I took some time to look into the trends and believe I came up with a workable solution.

I am curious to see if any of those players will return and question the rejections I just made. Players who feel their honest review rejection was an error are always told to contact us. We can then work on that together.

the problem is that Betplays has reached a higher level of fraud and can present prefabricated evidence, e.g. for many accounts (photoshop, etc.) and you will admit that he is right, they can and do do it.

99% of their positive reviews on trustpilot, casino.guru etc are written by them themselves to give the impression of positive player reviews, in fact without it their average would be around 1.0

Betplays sets new trends in cheating players, everyone knows that they are scammers, but they are able to convince arbitrators like casino, guru, askg (although their complaints are worthless) etc probably by falsifying evidence, nowadays it doesn't have to be difficult anymore.

It would also be good to prove that the casino is actually doing some of the evidence, because when the players are just talking it's hard to believe. I think that whatever it is, players can also take screenshots and stuff like that and if it doesn't add up our team will deal with it. I also don't think casinos would have to resort to this, it would ruin the whole reputation at most and I don't think anyone would play here if this kind of thing happened. So if you have proof that they are doing it, we will be glad to see it.

As far as reviews go, we're watching them. When we have something we can catch, we know it's wrong and we always talk about it with the team when a situation like the one you described happens.

So we always try to detect it.

Tell me what I did since I dont even know what I did.

The only thing I did was create multiple accounts to THIS site, casinoguru, to try and spread awareness of an ongoing scam casino. You can take time from your day and go read trustpilot reviews, those are real people. Real people getting scammed. Every day theres a new story.

That's the only thing I did. Tried to HELP people here. By spreading the TRUTH.

So please Radka since you clearly know more. Tell me, what is it that I did? I'm generally interested. Same as the hundred + people who have been scammed on this casino. Tell me what we have all done since the casino operator themself wont even reply to anyone.

Trustpilot deleted 50+ of their reviews after I showed them that they are all fake.

Every day. A new one. 5 star. From countries that gambling is illegal. With the same capitalization and patterns on almost every single one of them.

Now betplays has tried to change their method, writing 3 star reviews on trustpilot. They're hustlers. Scammers. I guess the only way for casinoguru to wake up is to actually put in 2k onto that site and see how fast they get bent over with the rest of us.

Funny that there are only negative stories out there about this site on other sites, yet here, the fake reviews from countries where you go to prison for gambling are allowed.

Mean=Total Votes/Total Stars​=3177​≈2.48

That means this casino should have a 2.48 rating. x2 that since you run a 10 star rating system. 4.96. You have it as a 8.0

When you realize some of those 5 stars are also fake after reading them and realizing theyre commercials. Will probably drop the mean to a 1.3.

I'm just trying to stop a financial scam that has stolen hundreds of thousands. With actual evidence. And math this time to show your site is flawed. Even after those deleted reviews you have it as an 8.0 which is strange. I dont think you would have the guts to use this site yourself.

I had a feeling earlier that it was meant in a good way and not in a bad way, and your name was used, i.e. login, at least I think, I hope I didn't misunderstand it too. It's nice that players sometimes notice things like that, because not everybody does, so I guess so.

That's why I wrote in my previous post that Radka meant well and took the trouble to look at those reviews. She said that there were already problems with this casino regarding user reviews and so she gave a rejection to the ones that were not honest and contacted the players so that she wouldn't blame someone. Let's see if we hear from them.

You use great math, but user reviews are not included in the casino's Safety Index, so I'm going to disappoint you. Exactly because of the reason as it happened now. If, for example, there were motivated user reviews because the casino sent a newsletter and they were all 5 stars, then the casino's rating would be high. We would delete them all because they weren't honest and again they should be low according to your logic. It wouldn't be effective at all and based on user reviews to have a casino rating I would say would be pretty inadequate.🙂

Now if she could please look at the dating of the positive reviews that were deleted. Look at the dating of their new license. Look at the dating of the old positive reviews(when it was a legitimate casino).

Like I said. This casino was legitimate once upon a time. Then traded it's license to scam people.

All the sites that betplays had at the bottom of their page, the links to casino evaluators, have all but 2 taken down their scores. They have all removed betplays right to use their review. Why? Because they know betplays is scamming people.

Askgamblers is just as asleep on the matter as you are. You can go and read those reviews and realize its the same person writing reviews on your site also.

I got in contact with most of those review writers. Told them the real story with images. Showed them countless trustpilot stories. Showed them I'm a serious gambler. They deleted their reviews fast. They all realized what they were promoting. A scam site.

So you just deleted 12 reviews? Good. VERY GOOD. But why stop there? Why not realize those reviews were written by the casino workers? Why not realize they're trying to scam more clients? Why not realize they're trying to use your platform to abuse people?

If all the positive reviews posted in the past few months were in fact deleted and you realized they're fake.. What does that mean for the casino rating? Still safe?

Still blows my mind its considered safe after you deleted 12 reviews from casino workers trying to lure in people to scam.

For a few months betplays was clinking champagne glasses celebrating trustpilots, casinogurus and askgamblers negligence.

Trustpilot woke up, you're half way to waking up with the deleted reviews.

Fake reviews deleted = maybe everyone who made a complaint was speaking the truth.

I know I wouldn't take this much time to try and HELP people.

A warning has to go through a safety check but a fake 5 star please use my casino i work here doesn't need to go through a safety check.

In my opinion, you did not understand what Jaro told you. Please use a translator if necessary.

User review score is NOT INCLUDED in the Safety Index precisely because writing a fake or prepaid "review" can be done in the blink of a eye.

I am not sure what you mean by the other stories, but it is clearly far from objectivity if you are worried about the Safety Index being impacted by phony positive reviews and, conversely, would like to see it lowered because of negative reviews. Each negative experience is recommended to be investigated through the complaint feature.

I understand you are concerned, but the subject is far more complex. I suggest you start by reading how we review casinos, what aspects are included, how complaints work and affect the Safety Index - what it actually is—and then we can talk details.

I hope you understand such general discussion won't get the conversation very furhter. Feel free to start your own thread about the Safety Indexes and we can focus on the general aspects there if you like.
