£500 around 2 weeks ago with only my driving licence verified. Then they asked for a selfie with driver license, copy of my bank card and utility bill. I sent all of this 6 days ago and and another £500 withdrawal request, they refused my withdrawal and now I’ve had to send 3 months bank statements to be verified which should have gone through today with my other £500 but nothings happened yet. They have got till the end of today as it says in there timeframe.

When you got £500 2 weeks ago did you withdraw more straight after that like the next day?

have you been waiting 2 weeks or have you your self waited 2 weeks before requesting again?

I have over 53 pages of evidence ( screenshots) of every single step I have taken with them. I’ve sent a formal complaint to both there security department and payment department however it’s got to be a robot replying as Maria has been answering me 24/7, same as the chat Scarlett has been on every single day and night for 2 weeks now. It’s diabolical.

They have now changed my vert page

I’ve submitted three £500 request withdrawals over 72 hrs which have all been rejected and then asked for additional verification documents.

Seriously they keep doing what they please.

You are all welcome to complain whenever you feel it is ok for you, though the casino, at least when it comes to delays or verifications, will be granted an initial 14 full days to pay delayed payments. It's important to keep that in mind. But the rest is, of course, up to you.

I expressed I have had suicidal thoughts as I borrowed money on the strength of my winnings, non payment has put me into financial difficulty. They immediate closed my account and are not answering my emails. This just shows no support at all. I would definitely stay clear of this site at all costs. 11k up to betmica. I’m sadly disappointed I never read up on these scammers before giving them my money 💰

Yeah my deleted comment was strongly worded regarding these scammers..The intention of my post was to prevent fellow gamblers from getting into this mess but i seem to think that casino guru arent taking this serious as they should be condoning this casino rather than advising people to wait..
