I borrowed £500 on the strength of receiving my withdrawal request and now in financial difficulties. I feel so stupid putting myself in this situation before looking into betmica. There must be some sort of players protection. They are getting away with changing there procedures when it suits them. As a company they have a duty of care to customers and they are breaching this big time.

Im sorry your having to deal with the same stress as most of us players.

Sone sort of authority needs to step in as this is majorly effects mental health.

Id spend the time getting all the various documents right, and then request again £500 every 24hours. And see how that goes.

That is unreal. They should be shut down immediately for gross misconduct and negligence.

No they didn’t ask for any extra verification yet, but I do fully expect that to kick in before the next withdrawal. I have got all documents ready to go just incase.

This will be due to IP address location it randomly doesn’t like UK locations.

Honestly I’m not sure! Been a steep learning curve for me, I’m going to be patient and put the work in to get all the £31k then I’ll have some serious thinking to do.

I had seen complaints that nothing ever triggers or bonuses don’t pay out in games but we seem to have won quite well.
