Some one from casino guru will ask about your problem here, you give them the proof. And explain everything happened. You will definitely get your money back.
Hey, I tried it and casino works for me.
Is it still not possible for you to get in?🙂
I made a withdrawal request to BetLabel on 27/10/2025 for an amount of €400.
They asked me for supporting documents (ID and selfie), which I sent the same day (27/10/2025, approx 21:30).
Since then I have only received the response "please wait" without any progress.
Today 31/10/2025, several days have passed and the amount has not been credited, while support responds with general phrases and does not give a clear timetable.
Based on my experience, BetLabel systematically delays payments and does not inspire confidence.
I do not recommend it to anyone, especially to players from Greece.
Thanks for your post.
If the casino is still doing verification, you need to go through it first, and only then will they pay you the money if it is successful. It won't work without it.
Did you send anything else besides your ID?
I wouldn't count weekends in the withdrawal processing time or KYC because casinos often don't work then.
But try to hang in there, and once you pass verification, I believe it will go faster.
If not, we'll be here to help you.
Update: Saturday 1/11 the security department asked me to send them a proof of adress (utility bill) which i provided the same day. Since then, now as i write 5/11 not a single word from them again. If this ghosting isnt suspicious i dont know what is.
I have been many years on casinos and gambling, the case is not the KYC since im completely legal, it is the stalemate and lack of information provided that is very very suspicious for the final outcome.
It is possible that the casino is taking its time for this reason.
I would add that we give casinos 14 days to complete verification and send the money, and if this does not happen, please contact us.
I don't know what could be taking them so long, but it's best if they ask for everything at once rather than one thing at a time.
What about the reimbursement of my losses? Guys, why is no one responding to the email?
Put pressure on them and go to a lawyer; there's a good chance you'll get your losses back.
These are scammers
Why didn't they reply to my email? Why are they lying here? The idea that anyone even cares is a lie. No answer for weeks. They're scammers. I'm waiting for my refund. My lawyer is reading everything.
Hello again,
I'm not familiar with any email of yours. To whom did you send an email, please? I'll try to respond in more detail once I know more from you.
You see, we work a bit differently, so one email may not be the proper step.
Feel free to add more details. In any case, it is excellent that your lawyer is reading everything; it sounds like he can help you. Can't he?
To whom, please? To the casino? Perhaps they consider the matter closed. In such cases operators just stop responding, and it means they do not agree with the player's claims. Ignoring claims seems like a likely scenario.
What exactly do you mean by that?
Is it correct and legal that these casinos are playable in Germany by people who may be banned from the Oasis system? And another question: why am I redirected to the following page? What is the purpose of this? aml@techsolutions.group ?
What does this have to do with Betlabel?
Hello, I think it is important to distinguish between legality and overall fairness. As I told you in the other thread with the same topic, we focus on the second aspect because, for us, those situations are more complicated than international gambling law. I believe I already explained to you why OASIS is not an option for offshore operators. It is a dangerous paradox, but even gambling addictions require a certain level of cooperation from the player's side.
Frankly, I don't understand the redirection you talk about or the email address you shared. Can you please fully explain that to me?
