This is a fraudulent website. Today, they directly closed my account because I won some money and made a withdrawal, about 450u.

Hi, did you contact the casino to find out why your account was closed? I would say that this is not normal. Did they ask you for any documents, or was it only closed temporarily?

They only sent me one email notification, and I don't even know what happened. I just bet on a few matches this afternoon and initiated a withdrawal, that's all. It's ridiculous. The reason they gave is completely illogical. They just hacked me because I won money, that's all. I sent an email to them seeking help, but they did not receive any response. I hope everyone recognizes this fraudulent website.

They have a license, so theoretically you could still contact them. I found this option with links, which could be faster, and I would file a complaint, where I hope they would try to help. 

Will you at least look into it? 

If they took your winnings and you don't think you did anything wrong, I would definitely give it a try.

This is very sad. Users have no protection at all. They act recklessly and can close accounts and black money at will. I have played on some platforms, and there are really too few purely fair platforms. Some platforms only worry about users winning too much, so the limit is set. However, Betfury directly closes accounts and black money, which is really despicable.

If the casino refuses to communicate, then sending them an email is probably not the best option. Try the links I sent you, and if that doesn't work, contact the licensing authority.🙂
