I had a problem at this casino that they canceled my bet. Later, customer support nicely explained to me that they didn't do it, but the provider and that the bet was suspicious. I'm sorry that they refused my bet, but I understand that they couldn't do anything about it.

In casinos it is standard to wager your deposit but I don't think 3x is too little. However, I have seen some casinos have 5x which seems to me to be too much.
