Think I spoke too soon 9 days later and I’m still waiting on other withdrawal which I find very strange especially as both withdrawals were requested within minutes of each other…. Also their customer support is no help at all the only thing they say is the T&Cs state payments are usually approved within 72 hours but can take up 15 working days

Thanks for responding. Yeah I received a email yesterday from them saying it’s still being processed. The fact I’m still within the apparent time frame, it’s just a waiting game atm. Its now been ten days tho, so I’ll chase up once more later this evening.
Website still up and running I just can’t access it through my phone anymore, but I can still open account when I tried with another device .
One operator states 1-10 days and another one told me72hrs -15 days.
Maybe I need to wait the full 15 🤷♂️
Still waiting. But it’s my 15 days incl working days ends this Friday. So I’ll give em till then..

Has anyone had just one pending withdrawl (not 2 at once) and had it approved? seems like theres loads of people who tried to withdraw 2 at once just have one approved and the other still pending. Mine is pending since the 24th and im so lost in terms of esitmate wait time. I withdrew via BTC, has anyone els?
When my first withdrawal was approved 8th of October, at that time I only had one. It was paid to me within 72hrs. Payment to my card.
Yeh it’s really shame. I don’t know how they can still operate like that… I wish I knew earlier! But like you say… if it comes it’s a bonus. Me too lost hope! I haven’t received a single update so guess it’s not coming
