Betfoxx withdrawal and support fraud (page 8)

i messaged this already but 08/10 (paid), 09/10 and 15/10 both pending

I’ve been waiting since 13th, but just withdrawn another 500 today. So maybe that’s why I don’t know 🤷‍♂️

That’s so strange. Did they send you an email? I emailed them so many times on hello@betfoxx.com and not a single reply…

I’ve been chasing daily tbh on chat with either Cristina or Lina and then just received this email in last hr.

Yeh I’m chat they just say me that I need to wait and email hello@betfoxx.com and I haven’t received a single reply back. I wonder if I should just email support@betfoxx.com instead too…

Well that email has come from payment department from support@Betfoxx and I’ve had a few replies back off them for other issues etc…

Maybe they don’t use hello@betfoxx.com at all then 😂 so it was sent to you directly from support? Seems contradicting to what they say! Anyways I hope you get paid, at least one of us! Good luck and let us know
