Well, the 7-day period for Casino Guru to process my complaint has passed, and I haven't received a response from you, as you said you would. What can I do now about Awintura's scam?

Hi, I'm writing to warn you absolutely against depositing money at the Awintura online casino. They don't process payments. I've been waiting for over 10 days and haven't received any response. I passed the KYC verification without any problems (after it took them almost 5 days to process it), but they still haven't processed the deposit. It appears as open in the Awintura app, but the amount isn't being debited from my account and the status never changes. I'm getting evasive answers from the casino and they keep changing the deadlines every day. I filed a complaint here on CasinoGuru; they have about 40 minutes left to respond, so I hope they do.
In any case, and regardless of whether my issue is resolved or not, DO NOT DEPOSIT IN AWINTURA, THEY DO NOT PROCESS WITHDRAWALS.
Hello, as you can see, the complaint was addressed just as stated. Things are ok, and you do not have to worry for now.
Perhaps it is not obvious, but the complaint requires patience and also information from you, so perhaps instead of counting down minutes on the forum, it would be better to provide concrete screenshots to your complaint.
Thank you and hold on.
That's exactly right, as Andrescr described. I deposited CLP 250,000 and won CLP 1,800,000. I've been trying to get my withdrawal processed for 22 days. I successfully passed KYC verification, but they keep putting up arbitrary obstacles: audit, internal verification, review by the administrative team, etc. Every day they change the name of the supposed "review" they're doing. These are bad practices to block withdrawals and force you to gamble your winnings again. DO NOT PLAY AT AWINTURA UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. There are plenty of casinos that pay you instantly: Epicbet, Betonwin, etc.
Or perhaps it's simply a scam and they don't deposit the winnings.
I have been equally disappointed with this platform.
They put up too many obstacles to paying.
I have been waiting for 7 days for several withdrawals that I have requested.
As I request a new withdrawal, I am told that all withdrawal requests are reset.
Initially, the first withdrawals would be processed in 3 days, then all requests would be processed in 5 days, then in 14 days.
Although I was lucky enough to get paid for an application ($680,000 CLP), they requested verification of my identity and my bank accounts.
So that they pay me the remaining ones, which total $1,500,000 CLP.
I did it today.
But I found that the page and platform were down.
It is no longer available.
I don't know if they closed it down and it ended up being a real scam...
How infuriating! I've never had such a terrible experience with an online betting site...
So I see the site went down. It turned out to be a terrible scam. It was to be expected, though, given how their support team responded. What's shocking is that it had a good rating here on Casino Guru, considering the problems they had with depositing winnings are common all over the internet.
They stole all the players' money. I didn't receive any withdrawals and they kept all the money I deposited.
This was clearly a scam. I saw it coming. The same thing happened to me; withdrawals went from 3 days to 5 days, and then to 14 days. On the 14th day, they didn't deposit the money, claiming there was an internal review of my account. Something that made absolutely no sense. Now they've just run off with the money.
You can access it at 1awintura.com or through the app. I hope it's not a scam, but this smells fishy.
Of course. Because they have no income due to their bad practices and policies.
They do not have the cash flow to pay for the profits and commitments they have made.
They should be reported so their rating is minimal and to warn other players not to deposit...
It's important that you file a complaint here at Casino Guru so they can lower their rating and prevent more people from falling for this scam. At some point, they started delaying payments, and the deposits must have hit them hard, and now they can't pay out. Pyramid scheme.
I'll give it a few days. I completed the verification process today. I'll give it about 3 days for the process to be completed. If it takes longer, I'll file a complaint here. I was lucky enough to receive a withdrawal of $680,000 before the verification.
But they owe me quite a few withdrawals totaling $1,500,000.
I'll wait until the verification period is over, and if I see they don't offer any solutions, I'm going to complain everywhere. I'll flood their social media with comments...
