Yeah that’s great. I’ve had them pay me once doing the same relentless asking you described. They pay once (if at all) and then never again. If your funds arrive, take them and run.

Hi Corona42, even though I got a response from the casino I will still say this web is a scam and bullshit.
I will feel lucky if can get the money back. But if you have made any deposit, try to get even $1000 back.
My experience is to try to make a small amount of withdrawal say $1000 - $1500. And keep in contact with the online service every day.
Try your best to get any funds back before they go bankrupt or disappear.
If I get my money back, I will still warn any potential player to far away from this site.
I have 17 withdrawals, all of different amounts.
None have them have been touched.
In addition, 2 of their sister casinos also owe me money.
I’m going to do what you suggested though.
Hi Mate, I could see my withdrawal request of $2500 has been approved today after nearly one month.
I just contact their online service every day and also E-mail their payment team every day.
I will wait and see whether the funds can reach the account after two weeks time and post you the update.
Yes, I think I would be of the same opinion. Also our safety index is quite low for this casino and I would rather not play here than give it a chance. But players tend to notice it only when it's too late, which is quite unfortunate for me. I also saw your unresolved complaint, which is a pity.
I would like to see you get your money after some time, but I don't know if it will happen. I'm sorry. 😕
Just an interesting tidbit. All of my withdrawals were denied on heapsowins, sector777 and abigcandy on Friday, amounts were returned to my playable balance. The reason? They needed updated bitcoin address. This was the second time my withdrawals were denied. First it was they wanted to do KYC again. Now this. Come on….
I’ve never had a payout issue through Sector 777 and HeapsOwins (Slotsofparadise) but they were wire transfers and took about 7-14 days to fully process. Abigcandy is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. I don’t use any of these operators anymore for the reasons mentioned on here by countless punters. Too many legit operators to even worry about these guys anymore
I would feel the same way but I have about $15000 USD in these 3 casinos. So I’m going to keep after them.

I did. I emailed them. I also reopened my A Big Candy complaint with new screenshots since one of your other patrons got money from them recently by opening a complaint. Granted it isn’t as much as mine but it’s pretty close in terms of amount.
So we'll see how it goes and if the casino confirms your bitcoin address and there are no hitches, I hope you'll get your money.
As for the complaint, I didn't see it open, so did you ask for reopen it ? Anyway, I hope you manage to get the funds.
If you know more, be sure to let me know. 🙂
Hi, Mate, just want to share my timeline for receiving the withdrawal money
21.02 first withdrawal of $2500 requested
It take me 2 days to E-mail them. Each request was returned as they said missing bank details until I send a screen print to them
23.02 second withdrawal of $1000 requested by bitcoin account
11.03 $1000 withdrawal approved
19.03 $666 received in bank as they said need to deducted my bonus
21.03 send my third withdrawal request of $1000 (now is still pending)
25.03 $2500 withdraw approved
04.04 $2465 received
so as I have suggested, try a small amount of withdrawal each time and keep contact their online service and E-mail then
I don’t think Bitcoin address validation is a problem. As I have chosen bitcoin as one option for the $1000 withdrawal, but they still process via bank wire transfer. When I check with them, they said their payment team will determine the method
Yes I understand, but the last time I corresponded with the player to whom I replied, it was mainly about the bitcoin address, so that's why I asked how he was doing and if it was resolved and everything was fine or if he was still having problems.
Anyway, are you still playing here or not ? 🙂
I've had a series of conversations with these guys regarding a $2500 withdrawal pending since mid December via wire transfer.
I have a fully validated account, bank details correct and I did receive a payout on a different withdrawal back in June or July last year.
Think the maximum I could have won with that particular coupon is about $1700, which is fine. It's clearly stipulated in the rules.
I'll go back to emailing them as I strongly doubt the Live Support does anything, despite how responsive they appear to be.
Again, if you've received any money from these guys, take it and run.
